What is Deslancha?
A multi-tenant platform for running customer service and sales over WhatsApp: shared inbox, automation flows, AI agents and campaigns. Formerly ChatGrow.
It runs on the official Meta Cloud API under a Meta Tech Provider licence. I designed and built it alone, from Meta onboarding and webhooks to the last screen.
The problem
Small businesses in Brazil sell over WhatsApp, often from one phone passed between three people. Conversations get lost, nobody knows who answered what, and the unofficial tools that promise to fix it get numbers banned.
The approach
Official API only, and multi-tenant from day one. Each business gets its own workspace, team and plan; conversations land in one shared inbox with assignment and history.
Automation without code
A visual flow builder for routing and replies — conditions, messages, interactive buttons — and AI agents configured by objective, escalation and closing triggers, and the actions they are allowed to take, with handoff to a human when the conversation needs one.
Screens come from a production workspace with personal data hidden.
